Geocoeur is a recently-patented technology designed by the French Association of First Responders.
It takes the form of a connected panel that sits above a defibrillator and alerts citizens in case of a nearby cardiac arrest. Through its warning system, it incites passers-by to take the defibrillator to the victim as fast as possible.
